Kevin Arnal is an energetic R&D leader specializing in engineering management, program management and product development. Currently he is the Principal at Beachfront Design, a Minneapolis-based firm that delivers product development consulting for the medical device industry. Previously he was the Director of R&D at American Medical Systems, which was the number one provider of medical devices in the US markets served. As an R&D professional with over 20 years of results-driven leadership in engineering, Mr. Arnal has a track record of developing high-performing teams and delivering innovative new surgical, implantable, and capital equipment medical products to market.
Prior to American Medical Systems, Mr. Arnal held a variety of technical leadership positions at Plasmon, Minntech and Management Graphics in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Intermec in Seattle, Washington, where he developed electro-mechanical equipment and mechanisms for the medical device, industrial equipment and high-tech markets.
Mr. Arnal earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and is a grad¬uate of the Minnesota Executive Program from the Carlson School of Business. He is currently named on 29 patents covering medical devices and electro-mechanical equipment and mechanisms and has brought 11 new medical devices to first-in-human use and launched 8 new medical devices.

Step 4. Review your schedule. Push the "My Schedule" button in the left column to view your selected sessions.
